A Global Capability Center is an offshore center owned by, or run exclusively for, a company to deliver technology, engineering, operations or business functions. Unlike outsourcing, the team works only for you, builds your intellectual property and becomes a long-term part of your organisation.

In a build-operate-transfer model, we set up the center (entity, hiring, workspace, processes), run it for an agreed period while it matures, and then transfer ownership of the team and operations to you. It gives you a working center quickly without taking on the setup risk yourself.

Outsourcing buys a service from a vendor’s shared team. A GCC is your own dedicated team and capability, with your culture, processes and IP. GCCs suit companies that need long-term scale and control; outsourcing suits defined projects and variable demand.

Cost depends on team size and roles, city, workspace, the operating model (managed, BOT or fully owned) and the support you need for legal, payroll and compliance. We provide a detailed estimate after a scoping conversation rather than a generic figure.

Timelines depend on the model and team size. Starting under an Employer of Record arrangement lets the first engineers begin quickly while the longer-term entity and workspace are put in place.
